At Quinton, we created our first seawater-based nasal spray over a quarter century ago.

Quinton Medical's nasal sprays have proven effective because of the way in which they clean the nostrils and because of their moisturizing effects, due to the many minerals they supply. This supplement is achieved through our rigorous manufacturing protocol: the Advanced Quinton Protocol.

Seawater, collected from ocean vortexes, is subjected to a cold double microfiltration process that prevents the oxidation and dehydration of cells. Other procedures, such as heat sterilization, alter the composition and destroy beneficial organic matter, releasing free radicals that can cause undesirable side effects. In addition, we carry out periodic analysis to ensure the absence of microplastics in our products.

Our range of nasal sprays consists of two products, one with an isotonic concentration (a nasal spray for adults and another adapted for pediatric use) and a hypertonic spray (with 2.1% salinity).
