  • Attach the nasal nozzle to the bottle. To do this, press down on the nozzle until it sprays.
  • Carefully insert the end of the nozzle into one nostril and tilt your head to the opposite side. Press down on the nozzle and inhale until everything is flushed.
  • Repeat the same process in the second nostril.
  • Once finished, wash the nozzle with soapy water.
